My Match Suggestions: Some of them are only suitable for a Japanese hardcore fed...?

1. Flaming Barbed Wire Ladder Match - The object of this match is like any other ladder match, and it's to capture a title or some other object from a cable. The main differences are: the ladder is complely on fire and wrapped in barbed wire, and the wrestlers have to all wrestle without wrestling boots.
2. Last Man Standing Table Match - like a regular LMS match but in order to get a 10 count you have to put your opponent through a table
3. Barbed Wire Lined Casket Match - a casket match where the inside is lined with barbed wire
4. Bed of Excruciating Pain Death Match - place your opponent on the bed of nails, screws, staples, barbed wire, broken glass, thumbtacks, and firecrackers. Your opponent has a ten count to get off of the bed and if he fails to get up then the match is over
5. Extreme Stretcher Match -like a regular stretcher match only the stretcher is covered in barbed wire
6. 30 Man Pinfall and Submission Only Royal Rumble (pin your opponent)
7. 30 Man Table Rumble

1. Fire gimmicks are hard to maintain because it's hard to keep a fire going. This is really unsafe, and I don't even think a Japanese promotion would book it. I'm sure they've had enough shrapnal victims as it is, no need to have some poor independent guy being paid jack and squat to get metal saudered into his flesh.

2. I like this concept. I could see it working in the states. It's a bit gimmicky, but not too gimmicky. I could see this working, but it may take a lot of tables...

3. Might as well pull out an Iron Maiden and toss someone into it. I could see Japan or Mexico doing this, though, if they haven't already.

4. I don't think it would take too much motivation to get off of a bed of death. I mean, even if you're completely out of it, most human beings would sit up off of this via reflex. I don't like this match, mostly because the gimmick's kind of silly.

5. You really have a fetish for barbwire, don't you kid? I think a more inventive (and somewhat safer) way to pull this off is to strap your opponent to a stretcher with barbwire.

6. That would take too long, and the biggest problem with Rumbles is there's very little room to move around a majority of the time. I think you'd have to space the time intervals out more, and devote the entire PPV to the rumble to pull this off.

7. Only if tables were on the outside of the ring, and you had to toss people out, over, and through a table to eliminate. Still, it's just a gimmick placed somewhere it doesn't need to be. I don't like when people mess with good ideas, like the Rumble. TNA's caught a lot of flack for the reverse battle royal, and to me that was a good idea. I'm pretty sure you'd get just as much flack for this abomination to Rumbledom.

Like you said, maybe this would work better somewhere like Japan where things are naturally over-gimmicked and ridiculously violent, but a majority of these ideas just don't do it for me.
