Boot Stretchers

Does anywhere sell boot stretchers for size 4 feet?
I am looking to stretch boots from a size 4 to a size 4.5 but can only find boot stretchers from size 5.
I have tried stretcher spray but still too tight on toes and heel.
If you go to a good shoe shop,you should be able to get them. Or go to an old fashioned cobbler and he will do it for you.................
