When finding the right shotput shoe for you, you have to try it on. It should fit a little more snug than your normal shoe. Any additional fasteners or straps, other than the laces are a plus to provide stability. Shotput shoes for the glide should fit well, and be durable. Many times, your drills or plyometrics will be done with your shoes on. So get out there. Pick you shotput shoes, practice, and have fun.
