Plastic Boot Shapers

Is this healthy drink / unealthy?
To buy lunch usually just get water to drink, as it is healthy. Instead I wanted drink something different but still healthy. I found this drink called 'Shapers Sparkling tropical boot shop. I looked at the ingredients and fats saturated fats, sugars and salt were green (indicating his right). However, when I knew I drank sugary soft drinks was suggested that it was not healthy. Is this healthy drink? (If you need any other information such as ingredients or nutritional information I can give as well.) THANKS! Derek, who has not responded my question !!!!!! I asked him if he was healthy! Dirnk I do a lot of water, but once hydrated and my urine is completely colorless, drinking more water will to make any difference. Instead, like fruit drinks, would be more beneficial!
If you want a healthy drink ... stick to water.
