Hobbies Can Provide Healthy Relaxation

Being all work and no play can be a recipe for disaster. At some point you need to set aside your job and be yourself. Without a set turn off time for your professional self you can really just be setting yourself up for a quick burn out. Your overall productivity could be suffering quite a bit without your even noticing it, though you can bet your supervisor notices.
